This author is so known that you don’t even have to mention his name. I dare to think that there isn’t even one single person that follows the strong principles of being successful and “socially rich” that has not heard or read at least on of his books.
As for this book, I have to be honest the title intrigued me from the start and I didn’t expect to find that many practical advices nor to be “affected” and influenced at the level I was after reading it.
If there is one thing you will see once you start truly applying the suggestions found in it, is that you will find yourself analyzing and putting yourself in a 3rd party position when talking to other peoples. Basically you begin to “listen” to how you speak and interact with others, spot your mistakes, be conscious of your gestures and attitude. This will help you improve any aspect you identify as holding you back from your very best.
This book marks the moment when I decided to invest more time in personal development.
