Leadership Wisdom from the Monk Who Sold His Ferrari
Structured in a different manner(fiction book), than the books I usually read on leadership, this book has given me a different perspective on how leadership can be applied and used efficiently.
Being such an easy read you don’t need more than a few days to finish it. I personally have extracted a lot of practical advices that can be easily applied in your company, if you are it’s leader, with surprisingly good outcomes.
I recommend this especially to those managers and leaders that find it difficult to interact and create a connection with their teams.
What good does it do your company if everyone hates you and the place they work? Trust me: It doesn’t help you.
Don’t be fouled by the fact that it’a a fiction book. You will be surprised how mind-opening it can be.
Also would really like to hear some feedback after you go over it.
