Have heard many things about it before and had seen it on the shelves of several friends so I have to be honest I have bought it out of curiosity.
It’s a somewhat complicated book as it requires that you stay connected with it while reading it. I don’t consider it as being a book you read while cooking or as an audio while working out at the gym. The author mentions form the beginning that there are exercises and several pauses throughout the book which I recommend doing/taking to clear your mind, get connected and observe your mind and body while in the thinking process the book guides you in.
I don’t expect it to be generally appreciated as it requires a certain level of belief and faith in yourself and everything around you, but I am I definitely recommend it to anyone that is searching for answers.
